Refund policy

You may request an exchange for products purchased from MĦABBA Collections within 30 days of the receipt date, provided they are returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

A valid receipt or gift receipt must be presented when requesting an exchange.

Exchanges are based on the original amount paid at the time of purchase. Promotional offers, discounts, campaigns, bundles, or multi-buy offers cannot be applied to exchange transactions.

Refunds may be requested within 15 days of purchase under our Money-Back Guarantee, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser and require proof of purchase.

Refunds and exchanges may be processed at our store located in Triq is-Santwarju, Ħaż-Żabbar, Malta. 

Please note that personalised items, including engraved jewellery, cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they are faulty.
